Vista Equipment is your source for durable, reliable Link-Belt undercarriage equipment. Your parts are ready to ship right now.
American ingenuity comes in many flavors. William Ewart's eureka moment came when he devised a new chain belt system for harvesting equipment. The year was 1880, and his invention was a major improvement in drive chains for heavy farm equipment. To sell his idea, he formed the Link-Belt Company.
It was a good line of work to be in. Link-Belt sold nothing else for the next 60 years. But in 1939, they diversified by buying a maker of crane shovels and wheel-mounted excavators. They also ran a division that made fire trucks and aerial ladders.
Today, the LBX Company owns Link-Belt. LBX is a joint venture between Case Construction and Sumitomo Construction Machinery. (It can be hard to keep up with the names in today's equipment!)
Link Belt's tracked vehicle line includes excavators, cranes, and pipefitters.
Like all heavy equipment, you know that your Link-Belt is on borrowed time. It works hard, which leads to unexpected equipment failures. Vista Equipment has the replacement parts necessary to get you back “on the dirt” again.
